Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers in building and maintaining enterprise-scale web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers primarily in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and security
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements and prioritize sprint deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Experience managing vendors or offshore teams while balancing speed with quality
• Proficient with Git, DevOps, Jira, and agile development methodologies
