Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Development Manager to oversee multiple development squads and drive engineering excellence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow multiple development squads, focusing on performance and career development
• Maintain coding standards and provide technical guidance on software engineering practices
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality releases and partner with QA for continuous integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a software development environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in .NET Framework/Core, Java, React/Angular, and SQL databases
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with GovTech compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and SOC II
