Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Manager to oversee application support and maintenance while leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supervision and delivery of application support by the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to assess and define the development process
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure quality delivery and improve coding standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or 10+ years of relevant software development leadership experience
• 3+ years of people management and development leadership experience in large complex organizations
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and blended development methodologies
• Familiarity with application development on Java Spring framework and front-end technologies
• Experience with COTS products and cloud infrastructure configuration
