Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of front-end and back-end engineers, providing coaching and support
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering and other departments
• Evaluate and maintain tools and systems to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a people management or team lead role
• Proven experience managing both front-end and back-end engineers
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and engineering standardization initiatives
• Strong people leadership skills including hiring, coaching, and performance management
