Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager, Media.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify strategic priorities and align funder and donor pipelines
• Maintain a calendar of grant and reporting deadlines and prepare necessary materials
• Draft and submit compelling proposal narratives and develop strategic communications for funders and donors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of four years working within a nonprofit organization or newsroom
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• An interest in documentary film or journalism
