Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager responsible for leading software development teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams and manage Agile processes for project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and technical roadmaps
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing development teams
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, AWS, DevSecOps)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
