Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers and administrators, the full-time remote Development Manager (ERP/HCM) will oversee the evolution and optimization of ERP and HCM systems, ensuring operational efficiency and driving project delivery across the technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP, HRIS, and financial systems, including NetSuite and Workday
• Drive ongoing enhancements in system performance and implement best practices for project management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a diverse team within an IT organization
• At least 7 years of experience in NetSuite development
• Proven experience with large-scale business systems development and successful project delivery
• Experience leading technology delivery teams using CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
