Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of full-stack engineers, the full-time salaried Development Manager will build and maintain enterprise-scale web applications for the automotive retail industry while conducting code reviews, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack developers primarily working in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and security
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements, estimate effort, and prioritize sprint deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-level SaaS or marketing platforms
• Proficient with Git, DevOps, Jira, and agile development methodologies
