Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading fundraising and relationship-building initiatives, the part-time Development Manager will cultivate corporate and individual donors, manage the annual Baltimore Hope Dinner, and enhance community engagement while working primarily remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and steward corporate sponsors and community partners while developing sponsorship packages
• Manage relationships with individual donors and coordinate donor communications and stewardship activities
• Lead fundraising strategy and sponsorship efforts for the annual Baltimore Hope Dinner event

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-7 years of nonprofit fundraising, business development, or relationship management experience
• Experience with sponsorship sales, donor cultivation, or event fundraising
• Familiarity with donor CRM systems such as Bloomerang
• Existing Baltimore-area corporate and philanthropic relationships
