Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading software development teams in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Development Manager will oversee project execution, ensure high-quality software delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and support software development and application enhancements for the Payer EDI Product family
- Lead and coordinate VistA integration activities, including interface planning, testing, and production support
- Manage SAFe/Agile processes and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing development teams
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, AWS, DevSecOps)
- Experience overseeing complex application integrations, including interface design and release coordination
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
