Job Summary
Leading site development for new and expanding data center campuses, the full-time remote Development Manager will manage property acquisition, entitlements, permitting, and infrastructure delivery, ensuring projects progress to construction readiness on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the site development process from acquisition to construction readiness, managing schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Lead entitlement and permitting processes, coordinating with local jurisdictions and securing necessary approvals
- Oversee off-site infrastructure planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with design and construction requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in land/site development, entitlements, or civil infrastructure delivery for large capital projects
- Proven experience managing entitlement and permitting campaigns through public approval processes
- Experience in developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability to manage external consultants in civil engineering and related fields
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, real estate development, planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
