Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team, providing technical direction and mentoring
- Own delivery outcomes and translate customer needs into executive reporting capabilities
- Oversee the design, development, and operation of reporting capabilities, including dashboards and historical reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building and operating AWS services in production
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms and analytics services
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and query performance
