Development Manager (ERP/HCM)
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Development Manager (ERP/HCM), who will lead and optimize the development of key business systems, manage a team of developers, and ensure operational efficiency in ERP and HCM ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP, HRIS, and financial systems
- Oversee regular audits and assessments to ensure the reliability and performance of business systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within an IT organization
- At least 7 years of experience in NetSuite development
- Proven experience in large-scale business systems development with successful project delivery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology delivery teams using CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
