Development Manager for Events

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager for Events and Leadership Circle(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute national and regional special events, managing consultants and overseeing communications
• Manage the Emerge Young Leaders Program and develop other leadership circles, focusing on recruitment and engagement
• Collaborate with the development team on fundraising strategies and provide support for various special projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing digital and grassroots fundraising campaigns
• Proven project management skills with a track record of follow-through and accountability
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with multifaceted planning processes
• Familiarity with database tools such as NGPVAN and Asana is preferred but not required
