Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Development Manager for Integrations will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of secure integrations between the product and external systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and feedback
- Own delivery outcomes and collaborate with Product Management to define priorities and translate customer needs into integration capabilities
- Establish reusable integration patterns and oversee automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying integrations
Required qualifications
- Experience leading software engineers and managing production systems
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AWS services in production
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and query performance
- Professional working proficiency in English for effective team collaboration
