Development Manager, Platforms

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers, the full-time salaried Development Manager, Platforms will oversee the delivery and evolution of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Workday while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of platform developers, ensuring successful project delivery and operational support
• Act as the technical lead for platform design, configuration, and problem-solving, adhering to best practices and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align technical solutions with business needs and service level agreements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, O365, or Workday
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in enterprise solution design and support
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors
