Development Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

To support fundraising initiatives, the full-time remote Development Operations Coordinator will manage data production for campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders on data needs, and maintain CRM systems for effective reporting and tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements for various fundraising campaigns, including direct mail and digital efforts
• Produce and quality-check campaign data files, ensuring proper setup in the CRM for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate on process documentation and maintain a report library for historical and real-time data access

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in direct marketing data file production, with at least 2 years in digital direct marketing
• Experience with data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting, preferably in a marketing environment
• Proven skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and standardization
• Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs and fundraising concepts, ideally EveryAction
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools; ability to write SQL queries is a plus
