Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer database operations, prospect research, and donor life cycle management
• Manage grants process, fundraising campaigns, and provide comprehensive updates on grant activity
• Participate in organizational stewardship activities to support the overall organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in non-profit development with increasingly responsible roles
• Expert computer knowledge/CRM skills, particularly with Raiser's Edge NXT, Instrumentl, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana
• Experience in Salesforce, Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
• Ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds and safeguard confidential information
