Development Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Operations Manager to support fundraising efforts and enhance team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Track donor interests, activities, and projected giving while coordinating with field staff and the Global Development team
• Develop and implement tactics for fundraising plans and create standardized reports on donor prospects
• Serve as a central data management resource and enhance systems and tools used by the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data
• Experience working across departments
• Experience with current technology in the relevant field
• Experience, coursework, or training in principles and practices of the relevant field
