Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Operations Manager to oversee its national fundraising function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee gift processing, maintain donor records, and optimize fundraising systems
• Develop dashboards and analyze data to provide insights for fundraising strategies
• Manage donor relations and ensure effective communication and engagement with donors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with donor database CRM, preferably Raiser's Edge
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and development operations
• Knowledge of accounting principles related to fundraising
• Proficient in using Raisers Edge NXT and other CRMs
