Job Summary

Supporting multifamily development projects throughout their lifecycle, the full-time remote Development Operations Manager will coordinate project timelines, assist with site evaluations, and manage financing-related activities while collaborating closely with ownership and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track development projects, timelines, milestones, and priorities while coordinating action items and deliverables
• Assist with site evaluation, due diligence, and entitlement efforts, ensuring effective communication among all project partners
• Support financing-related activities, including lender documentation and project financial information organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily development, or real estate operations
• Background in development coordination, construction coordination, or project management
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Desire to learn and grow within the commercial real estate development field
