Development Operations Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with the Global Development team, the full-time salaried Development Operations Manager will manage and support development operations for priority workstreams, including data coordination, reporting, and strategy sessions for Principal Gifts and Global Markets Departments, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tracking and reporting of pipeline prospects, utilizing Blackbaud CRM and PowerBI for data analysis
• Coordinate strategy sessions for Principal Gifts prospects and partnership plans with fundraising teams and leadership
• Develop standardized processes and reports to enhance efficiency in donor engagement and metrics reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience in project coordination and data management
• Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data for decision-making
• Familiarity with fundraising operations technology and data analysis principles
• Experience working collaboratively across departments
