Job Summary

Managing core components of fundraising operations, the full-time Development Operations Specialist will focus on data integrity, gift processing, and financial reconciliation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end gift processing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards
• Maintain data quality and integrity, proactively resolving discrepancies and improving data management practices
• Lead monthly reconciliation processes between donor systems and financial platforms, coordinating with the Finance team

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT; administrator-level capability preferred
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in development operations or CRM management
• Strong working knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in nonprofit organizations preferred
