Development Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement and support fundraising efforts, the full-time Development Operations Specialist will conduct donor research, provide stewardship coordination, and manage operational support in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective donors to assess their giving capacity and philanthropic interests
• Provide fundraisers with detailed donor profiles and engagement recommendations to support cultivation and solicitation efforts
• Maintain and enhance donor records within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy in donor history and engagement touchpoints

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, or donor stewardship
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate donor data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge and research tools like iWave
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with experience supporting fundraisers and working across teams
