Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Operations Volunteer (Gift Processing & Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Support gift processing in Salesforce NPSP, ensuring accurate donor and gift records
• Assist with database updates, data clean-up, and ongoing maintenance tasks
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data entry, administrative work, or record management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Salesforce NPSP or a similar CRM is preferred but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in the location of the position
