Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development PMO Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Development PMO, defining project management standards and methodologies
• Oversee a portfolio of datacenter projects, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and risk
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing project and portfolio risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in datacenter or mission-critical facilities
• Proven experience in establishing and leading a PMO
• Strong understanding of datacenter development, construction, and operational handover
