Development Producer

Job Summary

Managing the development process for multiple shows simultaneously, the full-time remote Development Producer will oversee creative leadership building, process management, and production logistics to ensure timely delivery of development milestones and smooth transitions into production.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and staff core leadership teams for assigned shows, ensuring they have the necessary tools and schedules to meet development milestones
• Manage day-to-day operations of the development process, including script drafts, casting, and visual development, while tracking schedules and budgets
• Coordinate resources for proof-of-concept vertical slices and manage the transition of completed shows into full production

Required qualifications

• Experience as a line producer or production manager in animation, live-action, or games, with a focus on development
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shows in parallel
• Experience in staffing and recruiting for creative teams
• Budget tracking and reporting skills at the project level
• Clear communication skills to provide accurate status updates to executives
