Job Summary

To support the development of engaging science and engineering content, the fully remote Development Researcher will manage idea tracking systems, establish relationships with universities and researchers, and source experts to enhance storytelling for a leading YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for tracking ideas through development
• Identify and cultivate relationships with researchers and institutions to inform the team about new opportunities
• Source experts and facilitate access for story development while monitoring the latest scientific research

Required Qualifications

• Degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• Experience in science communication, with strong written and verbal English skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with researchers and industry professionals
• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining databases
• Excellent research skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content
