Development Services Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting major giving, planned giving, and membership teams, the full-time hybrid Development Services Specialist will utilize Salesforce to track donor information, manage revenue updates, and assist with stewardship efforts in Pasadena, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with donor stock transfers and ensure accurate reporting
• Act as a Salesforce NPSP Power User, providing support for major gifts and planned giving teams
• Create and update revenue and donor tracking spreadsheets, generating reports as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Salesforce Lightning training
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fundraising or philanthropy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
• Experience working with CRMs or databases
