Development Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Development Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage grants systems, support fundraising operations, and enhance donor stewardship efforts to deepen the impact of a nonprofit dedicated to ending factory farming.

Key responsibilities

• Manage grants systems by tracking deadlines, gathering program data, and maintaining funder profiles
• Support fundraising operations through accurate donor record maintenance and report generation
• Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including annual fund campaigns and logistics for stewardship touch points

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, development operations, or advancement
• Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with CRMs and data management platforms, preferably HubSpot and Airtable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
