Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Development Support Engineer will diagnose complex technical issues, provide solutions, and assist customers with product usage while collaborating with support and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about product usage and best practices
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds
- Collaborate frequently with members of the Support and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of popular DevOps tools and services such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Basic Linux system administration knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- The ability to work independently and build knowledge of new technologies easily
- A sense of empathy with customers
