Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Development Support Engineer will diagnose complex technical issues, provide solutions, and assist customers with product usage while collaborating with support and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions about product usage and best practices
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and provide solutions or workarounds
  • Collaborate frequently with members of the Support and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of popular DevOps tools and services such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Basic Linux system administration knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to work independently and build knowledge of new technologies easily
  • A sense of empathy with customers
