Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers focused on data architecture and application optimization
• Provide expertise in architecture, design, and technology decisions
• Collaborate with product and development managers to define and deliver roadmap projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a leader, with emotional intelligence and cross-team collaboration skills
• Strong back-end development experience in .NET (framework & Core), Azure SQL Server, and the Azure platform
• Experience in implementing architectural changes within established code bases
• Familiarity with agile development teams on large software products
• Knowledge of a range of technologies and a willingness to learn new ones
