Job Summary

Leading a hybrid product engineering team, the full-time Development Team Lead will manage software engineers, oversee technical initiatives, and collaborate on feature delivery while fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a software engineering team, including personal development planning and 1:1s
• Provide expertise in architecture, design, and technology decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze, code, test, and release new product features and enhancements, managing the entire lifecycle of product releases

Required qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience, ideally with .NET, Azure SQL Server, and Vue.js
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with emotional intelligence and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience working with agile development teams on large software products
• Ability to break down complex tasks and solve challenging problems
• Motivated by learning new technologies and making a positive impact
