Job Summary
To support deviation investigation efforts, the full-time Deviation Investigation Specialist will engage in meetings with site representatives, conduct thorough root cause investigations, and manage deviation records through approval processes, with a focus on collaboration and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough root cause investigations and create corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Manage deviation records, ensuring timely updates and approvals
- Facilitate deviation review board meetings as necessary
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control Laboratories
- Experience in root cause investigation and CAPA creation
- Proficiency in technical writing and time management skills
- Familiarity with systems such as Veeva QMS, MODA, and SmartLab
- LabVantage experience is a plus
