Deviation Investigation Specialist

Job Summary

To support deviation investigation efforts, the full-time Deviation Investigation Specialist will engage in meetings with site representatives, conduct thorough root cause investigations, and manage deviation records through approval processes, with a focus on collaboration and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough root cause investigations and create corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
• Manage deviation records, ensuring timely updates and approvals
• Facilitate deviation review board meetings as necessary

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Control Laboratories
• Experience in root cause investigation and CAPA creation
• Proficiency in technical writing and time management skills
• Familiarity with systems such as Veeva QMS, MODA, and SmartLab
• LabVantage experience is a plus
