Job Summary
To support deviation investigation efforts, the full-time salaried Deviation Investigation Writer will engage in meetings with site representatives, conduct thorough root cause investigations, and manage deviation records through approval while collaborating with subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough root cause investigations and create corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed
- Engage in meetings and communicate progress on deviation records clearly and effectively
- Set up deviation review boards and route deviation records for review and approval
Required qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control Laboratories
- Proven background in root cause investigation and CAPA creation
- Familiarity with systems such as Veeva QMS, MODA, and SmartLab
- Experience with LabVantage is a must
- Strong technical writing skills and time management abilities
