Device Manager - Intune, Jamf

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Device Manager specializing in Intune, Jamf, and endpoint management for Windows and macOS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for complex end-user hardware and software issues
• Develop and manage desktop architecture for Windows and macOS, ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Oversee mobile and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment and security compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in desktop architecture, endpoint support, and systems engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Office 365, and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and Jamf
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security measures
• Familiarity with Jira for ticket tracking and experience in managing cloud-based applications
