Device Setup Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Device Setup Technician to assist with a Windows 11 device upgrade initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete setup and configuration of Windows 11 computers following documented scripts and procedures
• Install and configure required applications and register software on devices according to project guidelines
• Perform data entry and tracking of device setup status using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Ability to follow step-by-step technical documentation and setup procedures accurately
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and the ability to learn new processes quickly
