Key Responsibilities

Develop, support, test, and maintain simulation software tools
Identify limitations of existing software components and improve simulation methodologies
Develop software solutions for physical models enabling the simulation of various semiconductor devices

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, Computational Science, or related fields
4 - 7 years of experience in simulation of semiconductor devices
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics and equations
Strong proficiency in C++ and software design
Experience in software development within teams
