Job Summary

A company is looking for a Device Simulation Software Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, support, test, and maintain simulation software tools
Identify and understand the limitations of existing software components and improve simulation methodologies
Develop and provide software solutions for physical models to enable the simulation of semiconductor devices

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, Computational Science, or related fields
4 - 7 years of experience in simulation of semiconductor devices
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics and quantum mechanics
Strong proficiency in C++ and software design
Experience in software development within teams
