DevOps Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on building reliable automation for cloud platform delivery, the full-time remote DevOps Automation Engineer will design and implement workflows for provisioning, configuring, and validating environments, while integrating with backend services and ensuring consistent deployment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for cloud platform environments, connecting infrastructure setup, application deployment, and operational handoff
- Work with Kubernetes to support deployment automation, health checks, and service readiness
- Create documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate repeatable platform delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Helm
