DevOps Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the migration and integration of public cloud and third-party systems, the full-time temporary DevOps Automation Engineer will leverage AWS and Terraform expertise while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration and integration of TCGPlayer public cloud and third-party systems with eBay's larger ecosystem
• Interface with leadership, infrastructure, and security teams to identify challenges and propose effective solutions
• Support Agile practices, including Jira, roadmapping, sprint and backlog management, and resource tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong skills in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
