DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer responsible for automating infrastructure configurations and managing client production environments on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and automate infrastructure and configuration management tasks, including application deployment and security hardening
• Interface with other departments during project implementations and support ongoing integration activities
• Resolve critical infrastructure and application issues and ensure uptime of cloud infrastructure in accordance with SLA

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of infrastructure management experience, including 3+ years in DevOps automation
• Expertise in Windows and Linux administration, with strong command line skills
• Practical experience with core AWS services and relational/NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and development build environments
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a bonus
