DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate Deployment Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable, and secure code deployment
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage scalable, secure infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- System Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to security and performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash, and strongly typed languages such as Java
- Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Familiarity with container runtimes like Docker and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Understanding of networking protocols and security principles, with a preference for experience in network security policy management
