DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance the security and reliability of cloud and on-prem infrastructure
• Lead perimeter security efforts and manage vulnerability findings
• Develop disaster recovery and breach response plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience securing complex AWS environments (VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, etc.)
• Strong understanding of network architecture and firewalls
• Experience with intrusion detection/prevention tools
• Background in managing microservices architectures, with Kubernetes and Docker preferred
• Proficient in Python for scripting and microservice development
