DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of production infrastructure, resolving incidents and maintaining system health
• Maintain a regular patching cycle for Linux-based systems to meet security and compliance requirements
• Write and maintain Ansible playbooks or similar configuration management code for automation tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a Linux systems or DevOps role
• Solid Linux fundamentals and experience administering servers and writing basic shell scripts
• Exposure to configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and tools like Git and GitLab
• Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and web traffic flow
