DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability of a high-throughput distributed platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own platform reliability end-to-end, defining and enforcing SLOs/SLIs, and leading incident response
• Manage Kubernetes cluster operations, including HA configurations and rolling upgrades
• Operate and scale distributed data infrastructure, including Kafka and OpenSearch clusters

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering role
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience, including cluster administration and networking
• Proven experience operating Apache Kafka at scale
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages like Bash, PHP, Python, or Go
