DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer III to support the development of digital services for Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to consolidate and simplify DevOps tools and services
• Build cloud infrastructure and support CI/CD processes to enhance software delivery
• Integrate tools to meet non-functional requirements and assist in recruiting efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Proficient with at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Background in key DevOps concepts, including software installation, virtualization, and containerization
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automated deployment tasks
• Progressive experience working with government partners and application teams
