DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

DevOps Engineer, a full-time position focused on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployment across GCP and AWS, and supporting bioinformatics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated builds and deployments
• Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform for auditable deployments
• Automate application deployment and configuration, managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering with a focus on automation
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS for managing production workloads
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code automation
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
