Job Summary

Supporting an agile development team, the full-time DevOps Engineer will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, maintain existing infrastructure, and collaborate with software engineers while working remotely, preferably near Newport News, VA.

Key responsibilities

Promote best practices for infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and deployment workflows
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and service quality
Drive consistency in DevSecOps practices and operational support models across projects

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within 365 days
Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related technical roles
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and software delivery lifecycle practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools for build, test, deployment, and release automation
