DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center DevOps team, the full-time DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable VoIP infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability VoIP infrastructure and services on cloud or colocation platforms
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VoIP systems and enhance production platform monitoring and alerting systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure design and management
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of networking and security principles related to VoIP systems
